At MB Ageas Life, you work in a professional, multicultural environment, shaped by Military Bank (Vietnam), Ageas (Belgium), and Muang Thai Life (Thailand). The program is designed with a  6-month roadmap, allowing you to develop and shine in your chosen field.

Shine On bridges the gap between theory and practice, letting you tackle real business challenges and contribute to impactful projects.

Third-year or final-year students from universities majoring in Engineering & Economics, specializing in Information Technology, Insurance, Economics, and related fields.

GPA of 3.0/4.0 or 7.0/10.0

ACTUARY & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

JOB PURPOSE
- Support the Core Transformation Project
- Support Product Development Projects align with the company's vision

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in adjusting and reviewing internal documents related to system and product development.
- Assist in adjusting, developing, and reviewing valuation tools for products.
- Support and participate in the process of building test scenarios for the Core Transformation and product development project.
- Support and participate in the process of testing validation scenarios (UAT Testing) for the Core conversion and product development project.

Pricing & Technical Design Intern

JOB PURPOSE
- Support the Enterprise Value project

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support running cash flow models on Prophet software under different scenarios.
- Assist in preparing documents for the purpose of analyzing and explaining results to the leadership team.

EXPECTED COMPETENCY & SKILLS
- Good English skills
- Basic knowledge and desire to strive in the field of Actuarial Valuation (Risk assessment, cashflow estimation, etc)
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools such as R/Python

- Collaborate with team members to refine reporting processes and data workflows.
- Document tasks, procedures, and findings for future reference.

- Perform penetration testing (pentest) to identify security vulnerabilities.
- Report and provide information security (INFOSEC) recommendations for applications/systems.

- Having a foundational understanding of information security, can learn quickly/utilize tools for penetration testing (pentest).

JOB PURPOSE
- Address the information security issues tier 1
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Incident Monitoring and Detection: Monitor security systems (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewall) to detect alerts and potential incidents.
- Basic Incident Analysis and Handling: Perform preliminary analysis, assess the severity of incidents, collect evidence, and implement initial remediation measures.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed incident records, update processing logs, and report results to the security and management team.
- Incident Investigation Support: Collaborate with security experts to gather information, assist in investigations, and provide effective incident handling solutions.

- Having a foundational understanding of network security, server systems, network systems, and monitoring tools;

RISK MANAGEMENT

JOB PURPOSE
- Assist in implementing Operational Risk Management and Financial Risk Management Programs in accordance with risk management policies and regulations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect data on Operational Risk (loss incidents, KRIs, ...)
- Collect market news for macroeconomic analysis to assess financial risks;
- Research risk management methodology models according to international standards for the purpose of application to management at MBAL;
- Support other tasks as assigned.

- Background in finance/risk management, with a certain understanding of macroeconomics;
- Proficient in tools such as Excel, SQL...;

BANCASSURANCE

JOB PURPOSE
- Support in the development of the business performance management reports

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in monitoring the implementation of KPIs for Departments and Divisions.
- Assist in summarizing, analyzing, and evaluating KPI completion results by Month/Quarter/Year.
- Conduct surveys to gather feedback from Salesforce on the KPI system & related policies to promptly provide warnings, recommendations, and consultations.
- Assist in analyzing the labor productivity of Salesforce to boost performance.
